Written in 2017 by Dalai Lama XIV, it's a message for the youth of today, with insights on life, and a rallying cry for a Revolution of Compassion as the way forward for humanity. It's a quick read at 120 pages, with lots of insights.

At the end of the book he includes a Charter of Universal Responsibility - speaking to the big picture of life.
