with raven black hair and void-like eyes, she tends to scare away most of the people around her. she doesn't look too much like her siblings, which tended to start speculation, back when she hadn't gone into a quieter life. she has a lightly tanned, fair complexion, contrasting the dark pearls she calls earrings. she stands at around 5'9, quite a bit shorter than her oldest brother. she doesn't have a fashion style, it's more of whatever can keep her hidden and away from everybody else.

••• being born into the royal family was a hard, hard job, one that she definitely wasn't cut out for. despite the fact that she wasn't the heir, she still had to keep up a cover, a perfect and royal one, or else. she loved to read, it was her favorite thing to do since she could escape to worlds where she would become lost, and it was all thanks to a hard slap to the head that would keep her back into real life. by the time she was born, her brother had just made headlines. there was quite an age gap in their family, but she always felt like an old soul, with her way of speaking and her gestures.
she attended university and learned many things, gaining three degrees, which she wasn't proud of, not at all. she just wanted something, and that was her parents' love. sadly, nobody offered it, and nobody could give it to her. she was always in the shadows of her older siblings, and that never changed. she sometimes wishes she had a simpler, quieter, life, where she didn't get cornered whenever she went to bars and didn't have to hide her face when she wanted to go anywhere.
at around this age, she shared a kiss with someone, someone who didn't feel the same way, and they both buried it well, staying friends. after that, she just tries to make it through, eventually starting to drink often, to numb the meaningless feelings about the world she had. she couldn't feel anything, that was her problem. she had been trying to suppress her romantic feelings for so long now that her normal ones were hidden with it too.
no matter how life has made her feel, she's tried to hold up a cover, a confident, sweet, but slightly flirtatious one, to be exact. her only friend is the only person she loves who can see through this whole charade and loves her for who she is.

••• nobody knows practically anything about her, it seems she just appeared one day out of nowhere and got the job of the royal doctor. she rarely talks about her past, as if she's scared of it or something of the sort. she does her best to treat all of the patients, and injuries were actually quite rare, given her job. with her free time, she started planting flowers and plants, and she cherishes them all like it's the only meaningful thing in her life. she's normally quiet, and perhaps a bit strange, but she is nice, and does have the intention of doing her job the best way she can.

with a headful of dark brown but seemingly color-shifting hair and a pair of shiny green eyes that may appear blue, she has an enigmatic cloud of radiance around her, the complete opposite of her husband. she stands at around 5'7, on the taller end of the women's average height spectrum, and has an averagely fit build. she normally wears a scarf with whatever trenchcoat she pulls out of her closet, as she tends to like to stay away from drawing attention, but that doesn't mean she won't relish in it when she wants to.

••• she's a joking, flirty and charming woman, underneath the enigmatic shield. she's determined to do whatever it takes to accomplish her goals but won't kill or reach her moral boundaries. after all, she wouldn't want to leave her husband alone, now would she? their relationship is what you might call a partnership. but to truly understand the story, we'd have to go back to when they were just mere children when their parents decided everything for them and they had no say in anything.
born to a top-notch lawyer and his sweetheart interior designer, they gave everything they could to their child. she had a good life, which is more than i can say for many, many people. when she turned seven, her parents divorced, and she was stuck in a custody battle until her grandfather stepped in and lay claim to the child, ultimately winning. she went to live with him, in his strange house, that was filled with winding passageways and red rooms. it scared her, but it didn't stop her from exploring his house.
she attended a new school, where she got pined after by all of the boys, the attention she didn't want, at least until some girl told everybody that neither of her parents wanted her and she was here, living with the town weirdo. she got mail in the mailbox one day, and it was addressed to her. it was from her father, saying that he hoped she would come to meet him and they could talk, about family, about her and her life. it was then when she promised her grandfather she was coming back as soon as possible.
it turns out her father wasn't at all a nice person. he just wanted her to come and meet her arranged fiance, and she wanted no part to play in it. but since she was just fourteen and made a promise to her grandfather, she promised him a date at a diner near her school, hoping she could just blow him off and forget him, moving on with her just fine life. but then the poor boy showed up outside her window, and she wanted to just kill him, honestly, but she let him in any way, sighing.
soon, they became best friends. in the most platonic way possible, they had the strongest bond. but still, even as she dove into her university studies and him into his acting career, their parents still wanted the marriage to work, for the sake of their families. she didn't know what to do, so she asked her grandfather for advice, who only told her to follow her heart, and gave her a pat on the back. that night, he proposed, in the most platonic way possible, saying he didn't want to upset his parents and would let her out to explore the world on her own, and they've been playing the charade ever since.

he was twenty and lonely, bored with his luxurious life and lying whenever he wanted to meet anybody. nonetheless, he kept up his studies, maintaining a fairly average gpa and partcipated in enough activities to keep his parents from suspecting anything. he grew to form the strongestp latonic bond with the girl, and they were finally at peace. until his parents found out and beat the living crap out of him, even getting her a ring. he proposed, but differently from whatever his parents wanted. he proposed that they keep up the cover, keep their parents off their backs.
and when she accepted it, they continued on their lives, her on her reporting career and him on his acting career. he's bumped into plenty of failures, but successes have far outweighed them, and he's floating in the fame and riches of the acting world, as he continues to seek true love somewhere, as he keeps up his cover with his best friend.
