I don't even care if they are 'positive', as long as they are honest! I'm willing to send out review eBook copies of my books (currently the only one published is Autumn Frost however, Travane will be released in March).

There are review groups on Goodreads.

I’m so new to Goodreads that I don’t even know how to go about finding them. I was told I wasn’t allowed to ask for reviews on Goodreads as it was poor taste. Then I see this tread and think ok. So maybe in select locations it’s acceptable?? Do you simply search review groups??

Go under Community in the top menu bar and click on Groups. You might have to search around a bit. Good luck!
