What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hello! Can you help me find the name/author of a book? The hero was a detective/police officer. The heroine was a shop owner who rocked heels all the time. The setting is in a small town. And the plot was that the heroine was stalked. This is a romance novel and I cannot remember the title or author.l

To quote from the group rules which should be visible on the main page and every time you post:
