Cycle of the Werewolf, Elevation, The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, Misery, and The Langoliers are all good stories without sex scenes if memory serves me correctly. Eye of the Dragon has a couple brief scenes but they aren't explicit in nature. And Misery might be a little intense, but honestly it all depends on the eleven year old and what they like to read.

You may also want to look for his compilations or his short stories being sold separately. Things with stories like Mrs. Todd's Shortcut, Gray Matter, The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill, or The Monkey. Skeleton Crew has a good compilation. If you're concerned over content of a violent or sexual nature maybe go with some of the comics he's put out. The Gunslinger series, or CreepShow. Hope this helps.
