Hi love!! Aww, my spouse is turning 30 in May and it's freaking them out a little, too. Hugs to you! ♥

Hi everyone! I'm pretty sure most of you will already know me... but I'm Destiny, 26, children's/YA library coordinator + MLIS student + mom to the coolest 2-year-old ever, and the Libra-est Libra ever. 😂 I read a big mix of genres but my favorites are fantasy, realistic contemporary, romance, and horror (eclectic mix, I know). I've been blogging for about 2 years and hope to never stop. When I'm not reading, I spend my free time gaming, binge watching youtube videos with my spouse (we love Try Guys and Game Grumps and recently became obsessed with Binging With Babish), and listening to music (another area where I enjoy most genres, but my favorites are alt-indie and metalcore).

I’m a bookish blogger & youtuber and also run an online store selling Bookish candles, book sleeves & cushion covers. I’m also a seasonal Lifeguard & automotive photographer. 🇦🇺📚

im 25 and like fantasy + horror
i run an online book club and book blog

I'm D ☺️
I've been reading YA since I was 9 (because apparently I didn't realize MG was a thing? lol).
My favorite genres are fantasy and SF. I love books with queer characters and diverse casts with great villains and hilarious banter.
Some random stuff:
I love the color gray, sharks, and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
I'm also a college student so I'll try to participate as much as possible but when finals come around I'll drop off the face of the earth.

I love reading YA romance, New Adult, celebrity memoirs and books about people who pick up and move to a new city/state/country.
I'm a bookish blogger as well, dabble in posting some YouTube videos and am trying to build an Etsy store; trying to turn passions in to paychecks! Looking to make some new bookish friends too!
Veronica Mars is my spirit human 💗

I'm a bookblogger but also like playing video games, watching Law & Order: SVU and The Office, and watching baseball! :)

Outside of reading I like to watch a lot of Netflix, particularly my favorite shows over and over again (Criminal Minds, Gilmore Girls, GBBO).

This will be the first readathon I will have tried and I really appreciate Destiny doing one that is more relaxed. As a parent to a very active little girl and pursuing my career I like having the flexibility to choose how I participate in a readathon and be a part of that community instead of having a list of guidelines and rules. Thank you, Destiny!

Recently I've been on a speculative fiction kick, and I have some cool Women's History Month holds rolling in!
Oh my gosh, I'm so happy you all joined!! This has honestly made my entire week haha. I have to run to the grocery store but when I get back I'll reply better to y'all's intros! ♥♥

As someone who is about to turn 32, trust me when I say your 30's tend to turn out unexpectedly awesome! *hugs*

I have a shark tattoo! yay for shark lovers!

You're going to love your 30's!

I'm Chelscey, but use my pen name C.E for my books because my mom decided she wasn't going to spell my name in an acceptable way (you say it Chelsea, I grew up with a lot of question marks at the end of my name when teachers read roll call). I write YA fantasy, contemporary family saga's with a touch of romance, and adult fantasy. Basically a lot of fierce, damaged characters live in my head. I'm going on 32, great white sharks are my spirit animal, I'm the mom of 3 rescued furbabies, and my hubs makes video games for a living (howdy to my fellow gamers!).
When I'm not writing, I'm usually reading as I have way too many book review requests I'm still getting through... And while I read most anything (except horror and erotica, no real reason for it either), my favorite genres are fantasy, science fiction, historical fiction, detective thrillers, and true crime (yeah, kind of all over the place). Pleasure to meet you all! Don't be shy in friending me if that's your jam!

I’m Ashley from Minnesota (currently buried in snow drifts and looking for wildflowers). None of you guys need to freak out! I love being 31 and wouldn..."
I too love being in my 30's! haha

I read a lot of YA and a lot of queer books. I like sci-fi, fantasy, and contemporary. I’m also starting to spread my wings and I’ve discovered I like romance and horror, which I know because Destiny has amazing recommendations.
For fun, I’ve got my book blog, crochet, and video games (again, just starting to discover what I like in these!).

My favorite genre is Fantasy and some SciFi and dystopian. Mostly Fantasy. I’m a sucker for dragons.
I just got married, and have the best husband ever. It’s been interesting combining our libraries, he’s a manga fan, and I’ve never got the hang of it!
We have a cat named Aslan, who, when I’m not reading, I’m mostly doting on and taking pictures of.😻
Thanks for adding me to this group. I look forward to reading along!

Your cat's name is Aslan?!!? I LOVE THIS! Feel free to post a picture! 😂

Are you on the app? If so, yes! I always have to just use the mobile site when I'm on my phone because the app gives you barely any options.

Anything else, ask.

Hey! I’m in California too! 💗

Can't wait to meet you all!😘💕

I read mostly YA fantasy, YA scifi and YA contemporary. I'll be classing myself as a Young Adult until I'm at least 90! Outside of YA I also enjoy adult fantasy & scifi and the occasional autobiography! I would also like to try a couple of classics this year which is really outside of my comfort zone! I've failed at blogging twice but I love being part of the bookstagram and goodreads communities!
Outside of the reading world my passions are my family, music and film. I have a degree in film and tv production which I will never use although I do actually use some of what I learnt in my day to day job in accounts! Weird I know! Who knew skills would be transferable between those two worlds haha! Until recently I was a singer in a band and I really miss it. Hoping to get back into this soon!
Sorry this was long! I'm really excited for this group because I absolutely love a readathon!!!

I was planning to spend my weekend reading anyway, so when Destiny sent out the invitation to this group about a readathon this weekend I thought, why not?

My favorite genre is fantasy, romance and a good YA or contemporary, but I'm open for everything. I'm trying to read more classics this year. So wish me luck!
I've never participated in a readathon before, but I'm really excited to do so.

Reading has saved my life on many occasions and brought me many lessons. My favorite genres include fantasy, science fiction, and horror. I read primarily YA or NA but read Adult on occasion also. Children's books are a given being a mom and all. I try to give any book a fair chance.

Nice to meet you all ^^

I just checked your shelf and see that you read Lamb. It's his best book, in my opinion. But you'll probably enjoy the rest of his book, too. I would skip his first two, though (Coyote Blue and Practical Demonkeeping).

SORRY!! I'm still figuring out this site. lol 30 seems scary but I'm sure it's all mostly in our heads but cheers to Dirty 30 partying!! :D

I hope so!! 20's were a complete disaster.lol :)
Hi everyone!! I just got home from work and I'm just reading through your intros. I'm so happy to see you all here ♥♥

I've never done a readathon before in my life and so I'm pretty excited to take part in this!
