This sounds like fun! I looked through the books I've read this year and found that 2 of them have been translated:

Death Note, Vol. 1: Boredom translated from Japanese

The Snowman translated from Norwegian.

I know I have at least one more on my radar scheduled to read that is translated. I'll have to look for more.
