Vonda N. McIntyre Vonda N. McIntyre passed away yesterday; she had been struggling with cancer.

She was the Hugo, Nebula & Locus-award winning author of Dreamsnake, The Moon and the Sun, and many others, as well as several Star Trek novels. (We've had two discussions of Dreamsnake, in 2015 and again last year, 2018.)

Vonda McIntyre was 71. (Obituary at Tor.com)
