should take precedence when the title on the cover of the book does NOT follow the standard title capitalization for the language?
Should the title then be entered exactly as shown on the cover or "corrected" by following standard capitalization?
I think "The title should match the title shown on the cover of the book" relates more to the words, not how they are capitalized. F.e. the subtitle may be given on the title page, but not on the cover. In such cases, only the main title should be added.
