The Zombie Apocalypse is real. The entire world was infected in a matter of weeks. There are survivors here and there. Every worldly government was destroyed due to the outbreak, but the U.S. Government believes they can bounce back. That causes a problem for one SSG Byron Yames.

He has one thing on his mind. His family is the most important mission he has. He has to find a way to get from his location in Iraq to Pilgrim, Indiana to get to his wife and kids. Little does he know, there are people who want to stand in his way. Byron not only has to fight through hordes of zombies to reach his family, but other survivors on the way. He is helped along by Katelyn Rice, and a few other wayward travellers.

Travellers tells the story of the beginning days of the Zombie Apocalypse through the eyes of Byron Yames. He believed there needed to be an account of what was happening. This is his story.
