I moved!!!!! We spent the months of June and July packing and then unpacking......p.s. I am NEVER moving again!!!!
Let's see I went to Florida and went to Universal Studios. It was really hot but I had a good time. I also did a few day trips to the beach and New York City. My daughter and I went to a few concerts. Over all it was pretty good. I was a little bummed out we didn't go to the Cape but there's always next summer.

When I first got married I felt like a gypsy, I could of been a professional mover. The only thing I liked is that I was able to get rid of a lot of stuff.

Moving is so stressful! :/ You know it's in the top 5 list of stressful things. It's up there with divorce and death. :o. Sounds like you're done and all settle now! Are you happy with the new place?
Erika, sounds like you had a fun summer. I'm jealous of all your east coast fun. I've never been to New York. And the Cape is on my list of places to go too!
We didn't go anywhere exciting this summer. Just went to our Aunt's cabin on the lake and my sister-in-laws cabin by another lake. Both trips lots of fun. Swimming, fishing and hanging out with family. My husband and son love to fish. This year was really nice because almost all the cousins came. Also did a trip to San Diego with my sister and my son. We live on the coast so my son likes to surf.
I love where we are now!!! It was so stressful we were house hunting for a little over year........ But I'm glad we waited for this and not jumped at the first available!!! We love goi.g to lakes and fishing, sounds like you had a nice relaxing summer , Chris!!
