Sadly, it looks like it is only available to those in US and Canada. My UK preorder doesn't qualify.

I'm sorry about that, and am looking into ways to make all of the offers available in the UK and beyond. Sadly GRDP seems to have made US businesses reluctant to offer these things outside of the US and Canada.
