What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hey guys, another one which is a bit vague :P (sorry!)

So I think the hero was a doctor, quite an old book (read it over 10 years ago)! All i remember is that there is a scene where the heroine comes out of a tent with bathrobe on after a shower and bumps into the hero. Also another woman who wants the hero for herself!

Yellailah, can you tell us more about the heroine - her job/skills/interests, hometown, family/friends, etc.? What is she doing in this desert-like setting (e.g., vacation, working, home)?

What's the tone - romantic, angsty, steamy/clean, funny at times, etc.?

Contemporary or historical romance?

Paperback? Do you remember the cover?

Sorry guys I can’t remember much, except it was a clean romantic book :P and it was contemporary. Near the end she faints and hero helps her out. [I know all this is super vague but I thought on the off chance someone may know, sorry!]
