You can pick and post your books now or post as you go, but do not start reading until September 1! Don't forget to tell what level you are aiming for!
Here we go!: 1. September is Self Improvement Month: Read a book that has a character who is a self-help guru, is bettering themselves or read a self-help book.
2. September is Baby Safety Month: Read a book with a character who has a baby or young child, or a character who is pregnant.
3. September 6th is Fight Procrastination Day: Read a book you have been meaning to read, but have put off for a while OR read a book with a character who is a procrastinator.
4. September 6th is also Read A Book Day: Read a book, or read a book with a character who is reading a book. (Bookception...)
5. September 7th is Grandparent's Day: Read a book with characters who are grandparents, or have characters that could be grandparents.
6. September 8th is Pardon Day: Read a book where a character gets pardoned or one you wanted to read and pardon yourself for not doing it earlier.
7. September 10th is Swap Ideas Day: Read a book where characters make a swap of sometimes or read swap your idea of a genre by reading a book in a genre you don't normally read.
8. September 13th is Defy Superstition Day: Read a book where superstition is an important component.
9. September 16th is Step Family Day: Read a book where a character has a step family or step sibling.
10. September 21st is National Women's Friendship Day: Read a book where a friendship between women is important.
11. September 25th is National Comic Book Day: Read a comic book or graphic novel.
12. September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day: Read a book where neighbors are an important part of the story. They don't have to be good neighbors, but that is up to you.
These are all open to your interpretation. You can take it as loosely or specific as you'd like.
