I am a Graduate topper of the university before taking up an M.B.A at symbiosis (Pune).i started my career as teacher then principal. i was awarded by HRD minister, India and SBI (Radhakrishan Ratna award) for immense contribution in the field of education am very passionate to teach and help others, hence I started my own company. Named Shran education pvt ltd. core services are education, training, consulting, being a visionary, I have Possessed 20 + years of experience in the education sector in various capacities & potential for distinctive achievement through strategy, innovation, implementation and control. He has been awarded PARYAVARAN DRONACHARYA AWARD by Indian center for wildlife & Environmental studies in south Asian region (ICWESSAR) for invaluable contribution to student for guidance & extraordinary performance. I have also received India Icon Award - 2018 by CEDINDIA His greatest strength being risk taking ability to achieve higher levels of excellence. I have founded an organization called Bhaskar welfare trust whose mission is focus on “enrichment people through right education. Presently I am giving high performance training programs called “I CAN I CHANGE PROGRAM” for students, school, collages and various organisation. My book “Change For Success” is also a bestselling list.
2. If not being an author, what was your dream in life?
An eminent visionary, motivational speaker, author, Educationist and a high performance trainer I have dream is to help people to discover their true potential for best use of personal and professional achievement in their life.
3. How do you define success?
I believe that the “success is not about finding others prospective but finding our own
Fulfilment both internally and externally.
4. Any message you would like to give to your readers?
In life, give your best leave the rest you will get your cost at last. Have patience with humility to achieve and succeed in your life. If there is good night there must be a good morning.
