(Looking at the other books by this author, the Korean editions have slightly more pages than the Chinese editions, and considerable more pages than editions in Latin alphabet.)

Indeed. After seeing your message, I checked once more the book page on a Korean website and I confused two titles by the author. The original title is “氣球人” (which doesn’t seemed to be in the Goodreads database) and not “13.67” as I thought it was. My mistake, thank you for point it out :)!
