Grandma Moses

Indeed, looks like something of Grandma Moses, but it's not.
This is pretty recent.

rousseau. moses was my first guess as well.

Not Rousseau either Geoffrey.
This artist wasn't even born when Rousseau died.

The painting I posted is one from a series of four and really gigantic!
To illustrate the size I’ll post a pic of the artist in his studio working on these:

David Hockney?

Yes , it looks like Hockney to me, too.

It's David Hockney.
He did this series in 2008.
I'm not at my computer right now, but when I get there I'll post some more pics.
