Vegan Book Club discussion

Hi guys!

I'm happy to have you in our Vegan Book Club! Welcome!

Just wanted to start a discussion on what you want to see in our group. I'm new at this and welcome any and all suggestions. Do you want to see challenges, particular topics discussed, polls, etc.? We could even swap recipes or have a discussion about our individual paths to a veg lifestyle :)

I'm compiling a list with the books suggested so far and some others, so we can eventually vote on what we'd like to read together first. Feel free to suggest some more!

I'd love to know what you guys are most interested in!

I had an idea I'd like to run by you guys:

Since we are all passionate about veganism and animals, what would you think of monthly actions? For example, every month or every other month, whatever, we could select a restaurant or store we want to have more vegan options and we could all contact them? Or contact a company about their animal welfare policies? Or promote/support an animal sanctuary or vegan program?

I think it could be cool to do something for the animals and veganism in general as a group :)

Let me know if anyone is interested or has any ideas! If there's interest, I'll create a separate discussion/topic for it.
