What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Book about two people in their early twenties, the main female's name is charlie I'm pretty sure and she is a model that paints, she takes a modelling job, she has chemistry with photographer, they run into each other multiple times, begin a relationship, charlie also struggling with trauma of her fathers suicide years ago and has panic attacks as a result, the male lead (can/t think of name) works as a photographer in war times and is still scared from what he saw, they fall in love and help each other heal. Please help me I loved this book and cannot think of title or author for the life of me, thanks
