“They killed me, but I survived.” Three years after Rory Riordan foiled her own murder, she still trusts no one. Not Dr. Z, the eccentric college professor who has taken her under his wing, not Benji, the endearing, attractive classmate who insists on...

This is a cross between Pretty Woman, Shopaholic, and The Devil Wears Prada.
I consider this to be new adult because the protagonist is 23 and in her first job.

Audrey has spent her life in fear of intimacy. Panic attacks rule her senses and after another failed relationship she finally agrees to get help. Entering a psychological study on exposure therapy is overwhelming, but it's also Audrey's last hope. There she's partnered with Graham, an experienced psychology student, with his own baggage and hopes for the future.
With each revelation they sink deeper into one another, merging into the other’s lives in and outside their protective bubble.
Ultimately, there’s only one goal. One objective and together they’ll break new ground, layer by layer, until Audrey’s exposed.

EXCELLENT SERIES!!!!!"
I second Fighting For Flight!

Women are constantly pressured with the overwhelming message that achieving ‘perfect beauty’ is mandatory to be accepted and successful.
Take this journey with Mercedes and her four friends who live in a city, Beverly Hills- that judges a woman solely by her outside and not her inside. Will the pressure to obtain beauty become her downfall? Will Mercedes be forced to face decisions that would change her life forever? Or will reality raise its ugly head and teach her the biggest lesson of her life?

I think it is fun to read books based on your location. Cora Carmack stands out to me because she writes her stories in Austin and Houston which is where I live and its fun to reference and relate to where the characters are.

It starts with the main female character of tender age of nine and the first book is about her first love, first everything (she is about 16 and later 19 years old). It is definitely NA recommendation. Here is the link (you will not regret it for sure):

So far I love it (currently reading the fifth book)! Mafia, drama, love, explicit scenes (all in one), dual POVs, well written and..what else to write except - I need sleep because..once you take the book, you can't put it down!

You have no synopsis for your book. Without some kind of description, we have no way to know what genre this is.

Books that are part of a series where the first book must have been read to understand the second cannot be included UNLESS the group has read the first as a group read. The book must also be available by the first day of the month you are nominating it for.
If the book you suggest isn't obviously NA in the synopsis please add why you consider it to be NA (characters, ages, etc.) If it seems to us to be YA or Adult it won't be included as a group read so it is really important to let us know your thoughts.
