I might be late to this discussion since I am waiting to get my copy from the library.

I've seen this book everywhere on booktube XD who's going to be reading with us?

I've nominated this book for TBR in July, so ofc I'm in! :D But as it is also a part of my Readathon list, I'm going to start reading on 8th of July and definitely gonna catch you up.

I am still waiting for my copy from the library.

I've just finished reading a book. And I'll just copy here my review:
It was an amazing read! I love this book so much for it's vivid images. While reading you can almost see the beautiful forests, Asian palaces and small villages, samurais, all those creatures and spirits, Asian culture full of.
The story is also extremely captivating, interesting and charming. It's full of this unique Asian mystery, wisdom and bravery.
So I highly recommend this book to those who're interested in Asian culture.

I've also just finished the book! I very much enjoyed it, but i definitely feel like the plot of this one largely felt like it was just building up the rest of the series - I shall definitely be reading the second book shortly as well!

Okay - slightly jumping ahead - but guys anyone who enjoyed this book you HAVE TO read the second one. I just finished it and I absolutely could not put it down, and am not pleased I have to wait until next year for the third and final one.

I was going to read this and I just got the ebook from my library, but my mom deleted and returned it so I won't be able to read this with the group. Not gonna lie, I am super upset right now.

@Laura yeah, going to read the next book too, but a bit later. I like reading books from different series, don't know why, but I just can't read the whole series at once.

I'm the opposite, even if I'm not that interested for some reason I'm too curious and I usually read entire series in one go (if they've all been released) Let me know your thoughts when you've read Soul of the Sword !
