Anahi (ablue) I have finished reading several books but they are not updating onto my challenge nor my "read" bookshelf. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can fix this please let me know.

Linda (lndoyle) | 313 comments Hmmm, not sure if this is the best way, but here's what I do.
Start by placing the book in the "currently-reading" folder. When finished, under "progress" on the main page, press "completed", which will assign it a date-read status, which should then automatically move it to the "read" folder and to your "challenge" folder on its own.
Works for me (most of the time). Good luck!

I was going to suggest the same thing Carmen did. That usually works for me. While you're there, make sure the list of shelves shows the "read" shelf and not the "currently-reading" or "to-read" shelf.

Lauren Glowacky | 2 comments I have a "Read" bookshelf, but I don't have a "challenge" bookshelf. How do I get one? I thought I signed up to be in this challenge in January, and am currently on book #44, but I don't see that listed anywhere!

S | 361 comments I use the main Goodreads box to find a book I've read. To the right of the title, it says "Rate this book," and above it is either a box for "Want to Read" and adjacent to that is a symbol with small books. Click or hover your mouse over that. Click the option that says "Read." This takes you to an "Edit Your Review" page. Just below the giant textbox, there's an option for "Date I finished this book." Just put in the date. Sometimes, I just put in the month and year, but the year is what's important. So, your 2015 challenge will update itself with all the books you've listed as read in 2015 (by setting the date). I hope this helps.
