Yes, I have multiple copies of books. It's usually favorites like The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue or The Hobbit. But I have ended up with special editions of books that I have a the standard copy of as well.

QOTD: Name something that you would see in the fall that begins with the first letter of your first name.

message 4278: by Krystyna (new)

Krystyna (adoseofcozy) | 889 comments The only things that I can think of are like a kettle (for tea) and knitted scarves haha. K is hard for fall things.

Oh gosh, maybe vibrant colored leaves or vanilla-scented candles. A bit of a stretch but I'm going with it unless I can think of something else.

QOTD: How would you spend your perfect autumn day?

message 4282: by Krystyna (new)

Krystyna (adoseofcozy) | 889 comments My perfect autumn day would start with a quiet and peaceful foggy morning with a soft glow from lamplight in the house. I would brew a cup of hot coffee to accompany a heartwarming breakfast. Afterwards, I would burrow into warm, cozy blankets and get lost in a good book until afternoon adventures begin. For the afternoon, I would go to a local farmer's market, and maybe to a pumpkin patch or apple orchard. I'd stop somewhere for a lunch and maybe afternoon tea or coffee...maybe a café where I could enjoy sipping on a coffee while reading. Before heading home, I'd stop by a bookstore to browse (maybe buy a new book). I'd spend the rest of the day, baking a yummy fall treat, reading, writing, or watching a good fall movie after dinner. It would be a cozy raining evening in and my heart would be so full and content.

Debra Diggs | 2445 comments LCPL wrote: "QOTD: How would you spend your perfect autumn day?"

message 4285: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth (estewart399_lcpl) | 601 comments I think anytime I pick up a Jane Austen it’s fairly cozy.

Vivian Stevenson (passionatelyperusing) | 2032 comments LCPL wrote: "QOTD: What's the coziest book you've ever read?"

84, Charing Cross Road by Helene Hanff.

Big Lies in a Small Town is a mystery, but I also that one was great to cozy up with.

Priory of the Orange Tree is sooooo good. If you get around to reading that one, I hope you love it!

I finished two, but read in many others.
The ones I finished were The Book of Doors (my favorite of the month) and The Shadow and the Ghost (my least favorite - but it wasn't bad at all...it was very cute and I liked it. I just didn't like it as much as the other book I finished this month.)
