Christos | 219 comments Reveal? I liked the book overall but I saw the twist coming from the begging once (view spoiler). I was really annoyed that I was a head of all the characters and them not even considering alien interference just made it even more obvious. I was hoping that I was wrong that there would be another explanation

Ruth (tilltab) Ashworth | 2218 comments Hey, would you be able to add some spoiler tags to this post? I know you warned in the title but that doesn't work for people who get the digest, so it's a good idea to hide the important plot points behind the tags. If you're not sure how to, you use this < spoiler>...< /spoiler> minus the spaces and put the spoilery text where the dots are. You can click the (some html is okay) link for the tags in future. Thanks. :D

Christos | 219 comments Done sorry

Ruth (tilltab) Ashworth | 2218 comments Thanks. And no worries. :)

Jen | 269 comments Yeah, pretty much as soon as she had her first blackout, I suspected the truth. I'm both pleased and annoyed I figured it out so quickly.

Catherine | 6 comments I think the title made it too obvious. She did manage to keep the suspense up, though. There was always a germ of doubt, of what-if this is all trauma-induced amnesia? But I agree that I was underwhelmed by the reveal.

Matthew Kitson | 19 comments Honestly, at first I thought it was trauma based, and her blackouts were some sort of subconscious thing looking for research of the wormhole, or planet that nasa had hidden or something to that effect.

I was a little underwhelmed by the ending though, wanting it to continue where it left off

Caitlin | 358 comments I was initially really excited for this book, and was also underwhelmed by the "twist". When I first read the blurb, I thought it was going to be a thriller in space, and it was far less intense than I thought it would be. It's a shame too, because I feel like the character exploration of how people would react to various situations (partner succeeding at work where the other fails, how quickly is too quickly to move on when someone is presumed dead, etc) were the best part of the book for me. Those examinations had great potential for further exploration, and I wanted to see even more of that aspect.

Joshua Bryan | 4 comments So I liked the characters in the book and I liked the concept of the story, but I would agree with the rest of you guys that the twist could be seen for some time in the story and little underwhelmed by what they did once the twist was reveal. I also felt the end of the story was rushed and I wish they would have done more with it.
