Question - my book for countdown #10, MPG Crime, the MPG is the last item on the page. It hasn't moved and it's an older book so I don't really expect it to, but should I get approval from the mods or something, just in case? Here's the book I'm talking about

Jackie, what book are you reading for the detective initials in POISON task? There’s been a lot of discussion in the Q&A about what qualifies. Amateur detectives don’t work. It has to be someone who “makes a living” from solving crimes. But it doesn’t have to be MC, just speaking character, so if they work with a detective, that character can be used.
I'm planning to read The Likeness by Tana French. One of the police detectives is named Sam O'Neill.

My second book will be harder for me to read... I'll try to be done by Wednesday, but maybe Thursday. I'll need a break from it about half way through, I think.
I probably won’t be done until Thursday. Two of mine are audios, on the longer side. I’m waiting on the library for my third, but I have another option if they take too long.

My audios are re-reads. I’ve read & listened to both before, so I can comfortably listen at 1.5, but one of them is my over 500 pages book. But they’re both on the Turf Wars list!

It was pretty much non-stop action even though the subject matter was hard to take. Pretty good job on the author to keep me engaged (an up very late) against my will...
I’ll be finished my 1980s book later today and my flower book tomorrow.
Feeling so stupid right now. My ARSENIC in the title book didn't have an I. And that's why I so often ask others to check for me! Back to the drawing board. :(I'm going to the dentist this afternoon, but when I get home I'll find a short book that works!

Remember....
We start off by shouting "The Floor is Lava! In 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0!"
By the time the counter is 0, the floor is Lava and if your team hasn't read the required books, [that is, the 10 books in the countdown stage], your team will be stuck in the lava (i.e. lose points).
ZERO for round 3 is Friday 13th Sept, 9pm AEST for CRATER and MAGMA teams. Countdown is here
