I made a simple spreadsheet for the challenge. Let me know if you can all access it. And if you think I should change anything.

I didn't add a column for the book title because they can get really long. Instead, I added the Letter Options column in which you can add all the letters the book can be used for. Like if I post The Hunger Games for G, I'll add T, H, G, S, C in the options column.

Also, it's only for currently reading and read books. And only to keep track of the challenge.

Looks good to me! And I agree, it should only be used for currently reading/read books. :)

i have a small dbt..wht if two reader choose the same letter?

You can't do that though. Like, with the first Board, if I choose S, it covers all the S's in the title with that one book. You don't have to read different books for every occurrence of a letter.

Also, I filled out one row, just as a sample. It's a book I'm going to be starting on the first so it'll come under 'currently reading' as soon as the challenge starts.

I already have all my reads planned with BRs for this month with 1 pending (I'll be reading it anyway though) for a total of 10 with room for 1-2 more if I manage to stick to my schedule.

I decided not to add a book title column because the spreadsheet becomes bigger. I wanted to keep it small. Minimum scrolling required.

Should we add a place on the spreadsheet where we can mark currently reading or read/posted?

The yellow/green cell colours are for that. If you're reading a book, it's yellow, once you've posted it, green.

Hey Claire, I was wondering if we could move you S book to either T or R? The book I'm currently reading only has the S that's usable for this puzzle. Just let me know!

I actually moved both my book to round two since I won't be able to review them for a few days. But if I do review them in time, I'll post them.

Hey guys, I was looking at the spreadsheet and noticed some books were placed on the boards but aren't color coded. Please make sure to mark your books as currently reading (yellow) or read (green) so that we all know what is what :)

You have D for board 1. I will mark it as read on the spreadsheet :)

Hey Claire, how close are you to finishing your J book? I saw your note that if you aren't done before the board could be completed you wouldn't mind switching. I have a J from board 2 that is done that could be used and then board 1 would be complete but if you're close I don't want to take it. Just let me know!

So, I took a look at the books Charis has read. Here's the list:

She's hadn't posted the last two on the team review thread so Sarah will only be adding the first three. Charis can post the others after.

We're gonna have to move some things around, I think. Jenn, would you be okay moving your S book to G on board 3?

Here's what I've come up with so far:

New Moon goes to S on Board 2
Eclipse goes to E on Board 1 (Jenn's book goes to O on board 2 and mine to board 3)
Haunt Me goes to H on Board 3
You're Welcome Universe to Y on Board 2
Breaking Dawn to M on Board 3

I haven't made any changes to the spreadsheet yet. We'll do that once Charis's books get added.

I don't mind moving any of books but I was looking at what we have and what Charis has. I noticed we don't have a N for the second board filled out, what about putting New Moon there? Then we can put Eclipse on the S on board 2 and move my book to board 3. The with her Y book, board 2 should be filled.

I don't think we're supposed to change boards that have already been completed. I think I read that somewhere, but I could be wrong.

I've got a review for Board 3 ready to go, when board 2 is done.

I didn't see the N! Sure, New Moon for N works! And I think we're allowed to move books from complete boards as long as we replace the book we moved with another one. I've done it with other similar challenges.

Yes! It's a little intimidating that I need to post three review for it but I've actually finished one of the book, am over halfway through another, and started the third one too. I don't have much to do the next few days so I'll be able to post all three by Tuesday.

Did you all see the Lucky Spin Weekend post on the main challenge thread? We need to post as many reviews as we can this weekend...

I finished the one I had on spreadsheet 2 and will post that this weekend. I finished two others but they aren't til board 3 unless we wanted to switch some around to try to clear board 2 faster. Just let me know! I know I have an I book that's completed.

I'm done with the I book too actually. And I'm at 70% with both the W and O so I'll post all three within the next 24 hours. Charis's Y is done too and she's written a review. We can just post it for her. And then you can post the two Board 3 books, all before next week starts.

Two out of three books posted! And I have like 50 pages left of the third book.

Also, I hope you don't mind but I moved a couple of book around on Board 3 to fit a book Charis has already read. As soon as mine and Jenn's reviews are posted, we can start Board 3.

Great job guys! I haven't had computer access over the weekend so am behind on reviews but I'll get the one on board 3 done and ready to post for when board 2 is complete :D
