I didn't realize Aurora Rising was by Jay Kristoff, I've really enjoyed all his books so far. I'm going to pick it up and give it a try. I read Tigana a while back and enjoyed it but not enough to give it a re-read. It is a refreshing to read a standalone novel every once in a while though.
