Julian Bauer (julianbauer) | 6 comments My latest historical novel, "Ibrahim, the Turk," is now at the publishers. It deals with the emerging birth of an Islamic secular nation, Turkey, in 1915 and the cooperation it had with the United States up until 1991. Today we encounter attempts to create a caliph in the middle east; my book explains how Turkey separated caliph from sultan in the Ottoman empire. This had a major effect on Christianity in the area. I have posted my initial experiences with the publisher, CreateSpace, a division of Amazon, on my website (www.callbauer.org). I'll update my blog as I progress and compare it to my previous publisher WestBow Press (3 books).
