Rick Riordan has written the Percy Jackson series, The Heroes of Olympus and The Kane Chronicles. he probably has written many more than that.

So what do you think of his books? Do like that the more popular ones are based on gods and goddesses? What about the character names? Where does he get his ideas?

I know! He's such a good writer!

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

No, I don't. I haven't even read the books, just watched the 2 movies.

Really, I thought they were good. Were they that bad compared to the books?

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

I think I'll start on book 3 cause I've seen the movies and I'm too lazy.

Selah Harms (selahharms) I like rick roirdan alot. I am currently reading "The Lightning Thief" and it's awesome! XD
He's also written for scholastic before "The Maze of Bones." Its the first in the 39 Clues Series and it was the first non-picture book I ever read. I remember loving it, but then again, I was 9 so its been a couple years since I read it. But I think thats one of the reasons I like Rick Roirdan alot. He was my first author. (: (besides Shel Silverston of course. lol)
