Sarah Matthews | 12 comments I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm about to release my first book in a couple months and am wondering, should I have an author's page on B&N, Kobo and Apple, etc? Is there even a place for one? I know there's a place for one on Amazon, but I wasn't sure about the others sites.

Also, I recently realized that I could sell my ebooks through Walmart. How does that work exactly?

They may not have author pages per se, but if they have author profiles, make sure yours is filled out. Also, make sure all your books show up when you click on your author name on a product listing.

Walmart is a Kobo affiliate. If you're in the Kobo catalog, you'll show up on the Walmart website. Beware, though: their author-name search doesn't work worth a damn. I get crackers when I click on my name on a product page, and I have a fairly distinctive name.

Sarah Matthews | 12 comments Out of curiosity, how long does it take for a book to show up in Walmart's catalog after being listed on Kobo? Because my first book is listed, but I can't find it on Walmart’s site.
