I just realized that I read “The Heart Between Us” and Andrea and I are both reading “The Words Between Us”....so similar! Sure makes our card look funny, especially with our Mysterious Benedict Society marathon thrown in! 🤪

I noticed that too, Hannah, that you and Andrea are reading a lot of the same books. 😉

The timing of all these books surprised me. I had no clue we were going to be reading so similarly this month.

Well, picking the same review books and then my deciding to read all the MBS books before #4 comes out on the 24th is pretty funny!

Updated the tracker on some upcoming posts I’ve been told about. They should become accurate while I’m working this evening. If not, I’ll tweak when I may get back on GR.

I just made a review post for Abigail (The Brides of Chance Collection for her Chance task — thank you, Abigail), and I’ve updated my Round 2 list. This makes 6 tasks already completed for this round. 🙂

Random thought: Since I read a book about Harry Houdini yesterday, and he is a character in a book I’m writing, I had a vivid dream about him last night... I was assisting him with one of his escape acts in the late 1800s, and spending time with him and his mother. They were both wonderful people. It was a nice dream I didn’t want to wake up from.

Do books ever influence your dreams?

Definitely. As do movies. I’m one who has lots of dreams nearly every night, and they are sometimes random but other times because of things I see or read or with family members or wild imaginings or whatever.

Finished and posted Mansfield Park. I have a few paperbacks I'm rotating between right now. One is already in a slot; the other two aren't, and whichever one I finish first will be used for my Chance book.

I got the first few chapters read in my chance and full house books tonight. My #6 book is at about 55%, and the last book for small straight it at 30%.

Last night I read Chautona Havig 's ... Cover is creepy but the book is AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL!!!! It's Christian fiction. I'm reading Full Steam Ahead now.

I'm reading Witemeyer's Full Steam Ahead, and I'll decide on another book later.

I just finished The Beautiful Pretender by Dickerson which my sister has begged me to let her read... But not yet...

Let me know where you want Pretender, Abi, and I'll get the tracker updated. It's going to be great getting these books checked off once you're able to post the reviews. I'm so glad you got your computer back!

Abigail just told me she's scaling back her online time and asked that I post her books (she'll share with me privately when she finishes what and how many pages and read dates). Posting a couple now for her.

I just posted for my and Maria's Chance/Freebie tasks. Since I read "Gossamer" for my Chance task, I'll be reading "The Witch of Blackbird Pond" for the Large Straight #2 task. :)

Sadly, I've had to limit my online presence as well this last week, with a lot going on. I also haven't been able to get as much reading done this week as I would have liked, so I'll be catching up on some reading over the weekend.
