I'm going to start with Easy, partly because I'm having some trouble finding books that fit. I might increase it to Moderate later in the month. I actually have four instead of three, so I'll go ahead and list them all and add a couple more if I can. (Maybe I'll get some ideas from the rest of you. :) )
5. Columbus Day: Dance Upon the Air --my edition has a boat, the sea and a dock on the cover
6. Sweetest Day: Briar Rose -- my edition has a rose on the cover
7. Pumpkins: Halloween Heat VI -- jack-o-lantern on the cover
9. Halloween: Wickedest Witch -- witch on the cover
It took me to the end of the month, but I finished all four books above - yay!

Easy: Read 3 books from 3 categories
Moderate: Read 6 books from 6 categories
Hard: Read 9 books from all 9 categories
Example: Homecoming - Carrie by Stephen King (prom queen)
*Notes for non-US residents:
- Columbus Day is celebrating Christopher Columbus who "discovered" North America. Basically it's just a bank and government holiday.
- Sweetest Day is treated the same as Valentine's Day, although much less popular. It originated in Chicago when a wealthy man would buy sweets for all of the children in the children's' hospitals around the city on the same day every year. Somehow it evolved into a fake Valentine's Day.
