I brought and got a lot of nook books as well as borrowed them from friends but I recently did a survey online in regards to books and I totally forgot that if you filled it out you received a book from their list so I just got Dreams of Joy by Lisa See. I really got to start reading again. Life has been hectic!

Babs | 258 comments No...it's just that I have so many already on my shelf-to be read I vowed not to buy anymore till I hit the stacks! Books I think I would like to keep I purchase the physical copy. Books that I imagine I would not keep I Kindle!

Yeah I tend to do that too. I find myself downloading all my dirty books that I don't want on my shelves! Or if they are really cheap then I may read it on the nook.

Maybe it's been gone over in people's minds but I am ever behind.

Wahoo I couldn't resist buying a book from the used book store. I was there to buy Monster High DVD's a CD's for my kids new CD player and I just had to get something for myself!

Jennifer I've mostly been swapping books lately, but I saw I Am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban at Target today for 30% off, so I HAD to buy it.

I can't wait to read it. :)

It's late...but Happy New Year one and all.

This winter looks likes it's going to be a wonderful one for readers...lots of snow and cold weather will find me shielded by the covers of a few good books for sure!
