((Kay. Do you have someone that you're RPing with?))
((Ah. Here, most of us usually try to find RP partners first and empty locations (rule 6) so that we don't interrupt people's RPs and having someone to RP with is guaranteed.))
Resting his head on his hand, Richard sat on the edge of the pit. He stared into the pit, and strangely, the stench coming from below failed to bother him. He sighed as he wished there were some way to visit his sister other than this.

Richard didn't notice Shaid's presence. He was too absorbed in the thoughts of his sister's death and how hopeless everything was to do so. Without his meaning it to, a tear slipped down his face.
Richard's eyes widened when he heard Shaid's greeting. Shaking his head slightly, he muttered, "And you."
"Hello," Richard muttered, not even thinking about responding to the latter. He couldn't, and he had no desire to open up.

((Julia wrote: "((Other RPs?))" Yeah, I had had this one up and when I got back from my walk, I told my mum I would only reply to the ones I already had up. I was not on much yesterday because binge watching Children of Earth and today because catching up on DW))

((No, I am just getting on. I was explaining the delay in my replies.))

((Ohhh haha, okay! I'm back from my cousins wedding so I'll be on for a while. It's so freaking cold in Mississippi!!!))
((Cool! I will not be on too long though))
"None of your business," Richard muttered, standing up.
"None of your business," Richard muttered, standing up.
"Then don't be," he hissed in response. He thought about the gun in his back pocket.
Richard opted not to shoot. He decided to do the right thing this once, even though he truly wanted to shoot.
Richard clenched his fists to keep from grabbing his gun. "I hope that when you leave, you go to hell." He sat back down.
"I suppose you will," Richard muttered to himself. He honestly did believe that he was a horrid person and would go there when he got himself killed.
"No," Richard disagreed. "Heaven still exists. It just isn't for us." He looked down at the ground, clenching his jaw.
((The Millennial Celebration will be after the next Council Meeting, which should be within the week))
Richard shrugged. "I can't say I give a damn, but I believe you've applied for the open position on the Council." His gaze fell back on the corpses and skeletons languishing in the pit.
Richard shrugged. "I can't say I give a damn, but I believe you've applied for the open position on the Council." His gaze fell back on the corpses and skeletons languishing in the pit.
"The Council is not the evil in this world. The Resistance is the destruction," Richard said. He was lying. He thought both were evil and needed to be destroyed; he just thought the Council was less evil.
Richard nodded and sighed. He leaned forward and stared into the pit. He wiped his forehead and sighed.
Richard didn't respond and stroked the length of his gun. He willed Shaid to just go away.
"So I'm sane," Richard said with a shrug. His gaze flickered down to where he'd hidden his gun. "That's no punishable offense, even in this age."
Richard nodded and said, "I know that." He smirked before ducking his head. He didn't want to be like that -- cocky, happy. That wasn't right.
Richard did not respond to Shaid. He was too deeply encased in his self-hatred to want to change. "Go."
Richard waited for Shaid to obey. He didn't want to encounter the man by accident later on.
"I would rather be alone," Richard said, finding himself increasingly irritated at Shaid. Isolde had been the only one he'd revealed his past to, and he had not desire whatsoever to reveal any of it to Shaid.
Richard got up himself. "If you try to follow me, I will shoot you." He clenched his jaw and walked away.
"My aim is impeccable," Richard said as a statement of fact. It was good. He got a bullseye more often than most of his colleagues.
Richard continued walking and decided not to react to Shaid's statement. He just wanted away.
