All About Books discussion

This is my first time posting. Looking for a nonfiction book with Seconds in the title. Written by a widow with young children who recreates her life, thus finding hope and renewal in the "seconds", second husband, second profession, etc. Looking for a friend who is recently widowed and can not pull up author or full title. Anyone? thanks in advance
