Help needed!! Thinking of writing a Holmes and Watson book which will be a conversation piece where they discuss subjects from A-Z. Any suggestions for subjects?

Maybe A would be discussing arson.
B would be burglary.
C would be the topic of criminalogy

Are they going to discuss past cases? (New cases for the reader old cases for the characters.) A-Z could be names places they have been.
