PattyMacDotComma | 621 comments I enjoyed Mick Herron’s third book in the Slough House series, Real Tigers. More fun and games (and rough and tumble) with the demoted spies, the Slow Horses.

Traci Kismarton (uncovered_whimsy) Oh my gosh. I'm about 20% into Baby Teeth And I LOVE it. It is so so good.
I had forgotten what it was about, after adding it to my Kindle, so I started reading and thought "my this is a lovely contemporary story about dealing with hard things". And then I hit about 15% and thought "nope. nope nope nope. This is a horror story". SO So GOOD

Fordith I'm currently reading The Stars Now Unclaimed The Stars Now Unclaimed (The Universe After, #1) by Drew Williams and after an initial struggle I think I am getting into it! Despite bad formatting on the kindle version... :)

Carol (carolfromnc) I’m reading What Did I Do? by Jessica Jarlvi. I’m determined to finish it, but the writing is truly dreadful, to the point where it’s a distraction from her cardboard and unrelatable characters and meandering plot. So there’s that.

message 1092: by *TUDOR^QUEEN* (new)

*TUDOR^QUEEN* (tudorqueen) | 51 comments Hi, Dorie- Yes, I guess you could say that! I requested too many books, digging deep on NetGalley when my requests were at a standstill, being ignored. Then I got a little bogged down for May. Out of the several books I have to read for May, I'm only excited about one of them that I really, really wanted to read. To me, 3 stars is a book I liked, so I don't consider it a bad thing. However, it also means that if I wasn't reading it for NetGalley, I might have dropped it. 4 stars I really liked it and 5....I love it!

Yep often I would have dropped a book but continue on if it is still decent because it's from NetGalley an I want to keep my ratio high :( I have somehow managed to have 13 books to read between now and mid June but only 4 are from NetGalley, others are from EW or direct from publishers. Too many, I wasn't paying attention :(

I have Send Down the Rain by Charles Martin coming up soon for me, probably will be my next read.

Jill you just click on add book/author at the top of the comment section, then a window will pop open and you select "cover" at the bottom and not "link", then type in your book at the top and click search. When the correct book shows up just select "add" and ZIP, the book cover will show up in your comment, right where you want it :) If I didn't describe it correct or you have any problems you can message me and I'll try to help :)

I don't know if my note went through so I'll type it again. Jill just click on add book/author at the top of the comment section, then a window will pop open. Click "cover" at the bottom and not "link", then type in your book title at the top and click search. When you find the correct book click add and there it will be :)
