Lovers of Paranormal discussion

Its a romance novel, so I really hope its okay to ask here. >_> I'm very new to this place.
Anyway, it was about a man who was in love with this woman in a past life of hers, and for some reason he got turned into stone. I can't remember why unfortunately, there was an angry wizard or something. :/ Anyway, she keeps reincarnating, trying to save him, and although she gets close once in a while, she always ends up killed before she can. She's on her last life now, and doesn't remember this man, but she somehow ends up finding the statue in the basement of a museum I think, and kisses him 'cause she's super stressed and I think she's having flashbacks, and then he comes to life, and the rest of the book is them falling in love again, and just trying to stay alive basically. I lost it years ago and can't remember what its called or who it's by...help me? :(

Alas, I don't recall ever coming across such a book, but it sounds fascinating. How about it, LOP'ers? Can anybody help Sarah find her long-lost book?
