If you are into some of these authors, this article states that the books that they later wrote went a little strange. I have not read any of these later works so if you have, let me know what you think.Strange

Looking at the list, it seems like these are authors who flirted with outré themes in their earlier works. Maybe commercial/critical success allowed them to be more open about the weirdness.

I'm a huge fan of Dracula and Sherlock Holmes, but I never thought to read anything else written by Stoker or Doyle. I'll probably never read those stories so this article provided some interesting notes about their other works.
