this is a question for the whole series.
we know she is a 3 bar from Diana, but her powers are only mentioned once in the whole series. and from what she says it doesn't seem that powerful (the same level as breeze and Dekka). It cant be her intelligence because she describes a flash of light when she meets someone and Sam's is a shooting star.
I might be missing something but i'm not sure.

she is a two bar, 3 is actually powerful her is useless the power to gauge people destiny or something.
