Oh yeah!!! I'm writing a story on this too, actually! It's cool, right?!
Of course. I will have to check out our story is it in your folder?
I haven't posted it, but I can, if ya want... :)
I do and I realized that this wasn't posted in my folder so I am going to move it.
Here's the first part of my story. More to came.
My name is Bartholomew Winters, but my friends call me BT. I live in section 5 . The people of section 5 live a simple life. We work, we eat, we sleep. That's all anyone ever does here. When I was little I used to dream about what it would be like to live in section 2, but nowadays I have grown past such childhood fantasies. Section 2 is where the rich people live, the important people, I have come to terms with the fact that I will never live there.
Our world used to be divided into 7 sections. Section 1 was in the center of the city, it was where all the Politicians, the people who ran our government, lived. Section 2 was around the outside of the city where all the business men lived, the shop owners and the scholars. Section three was right beside the river, that’s where all the factories were, along with the airlift, which connected the upper city and lower towns. ON the other side of the city, down in the lower town was section 4, they were in charge of fishing. Right beside them was us Section 5, we were in charge of farming and agriculture. Section 6 was inside the Mountain, it was where all the Military were held, the scientists and all their crazy experiments were also conducted down there. Lastly there was Section 7, which sprawled all around the city. It was made up of a giant forest, with a few small towns scattered around randomly. They were in charge of lumber, and were also where most craftsman lived.
Nowadays however, things have changed. About 50 years ago, the people of Section 2 got restless. They hated the government and feared that the military was getting stronger. This let a few people with alternative motives come in and push them to the breaking point. The people of Section 2 attacked. They burnt Section 1 to the ground and killed almost all of the politicians. They stormed the military only to find them on their side. Together they destroyed the airlift and turned everyone in Section 3 to dust. Section 4 was hit hard to and everyone left in Section 4 fled to Section 5. It was only then that the military turned on the people of section 2. That turned into a massacre.
Presently, we have a military run government and we only have 4 sections. Section 2 where all the rich people and the people who run the military live. Section 5 is where the people of section 4 and 5 live, where we farm and fish to produce food for the upper town. Section 6 where all the military experiments take place. And somewhere out in the wilderness the people of section 7 live, still cutting down their trees, completely oblivious to what is happening. I wish I lived there.
