Excluding the general rules to be followed, there are a few rules which are intended for the role-play.

Uniform-Boys:
-Black or Gray or Khaki Trousers
-White Button Up
-Black Blazer (School crest on the pocket)
-Black Oxford Shoes
-Maroon and Gold Tie
-Black Socks
-Maroon or White Pocket Square

Uniform-Girls:
-White Button Up
-Black Blazer (School crest on the pocket)
-Maroon or Black or Gray Skirt
-Black Oxford Shoes or Black Flats
-Maroon and Gold Tie

Dress Code:
-No athletic clothing (t-shirts, yoga pants/leggings, sweatpants, sweatshirts, swimwear, etc.) unless for athletic purposes
-Shorts and skirts must be at least eight inches long from top to bottom
-No exposure of undergarments or the stomach area
-No heels higher than five inches
-No “flip-flops” unless for use in the shower area
-No vulgar expressions on clothing
-Straps on clothing must be two inches wide
-No gaudy jewelry

Students should be in uniform throughout the week during the class hours of 9AM-2PM. Casual wear can be worn on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, while still adhering to the dress code.

At Wilmington:
Wilmington is a small town where students are allowed to visit during free time. It has all sorts of shops and the students are allowed to go to movies and plays. Yet there are some rules to be followed.

-If a teacher forbids a student from going to Wilmington, nothing can be done. If violated, they must face the consequences.

When Not In The Dorms:
-Students are allowed to have a cell phone with them throughout the day but should be switched off during classes and should not be used to disturb the surroundings.

-Every student must have an identification card with them. The card consists of the following information:
Name:
Class:
Year:
House

Pets:
Students are allowed to bring their pets to the academy as long as they take care of them and make sure they are disciplined. Pets can be anywhere except class, but must not be of any trouble to others.

Tuition:
The rate of tuition is $300,000 per year at Vanderbilt, which includes room and board, but no pocket money. Tuition can be partially or fully covered by the school in the event of a scholarship student, however, that is a very rare case. Students must apply for a scholarship, or in rare cases, Vanderbilt may offer scholarships to particularly exceptional students. Only 10% of the student body may be on scholarship. Scholarships may be revoked at any time if a student no longer meets the requirements.

Admissions:
Vanderbilt is highly selective. Admissions are not guaranteed by status, family attendance, or wealth, and instead by merit. Applicants are passed through the Board of Admissions and finally the Headmistress before being accepted. Vanderbilt has a student population of less than 400, so the possibility of being put on a waiting list is highly likely. No more than 10% of the student body may be from one country, which is a possible reason for failure for acceptance.

Board of Trustees:
The board of trustees is group made of all the richest and most influential parents at Vanderbilt who oversee many large Vanderbilt happenings, such as the admissions process or new buildings. The head of the board of trustees is always the current ruler of Monaco.

Houses:
The students of Vanderbilt Academy are sorted into different houses: Heart, Aces, Spades and Diamond. Points are awarded based on the behavior and on other aspects which will be noticed by the teacher.

Diamond ~ Academia
House Colors ~ Yellow and white

Spade ~ Arts and Literature
House Colors ~ Blue and White

Ace ~ Sports and Athletics
House Colors ~ Green and White

Heart ~ Entertainment
House Colors ~ Pink/Red and White

-Points will be taken away if a student violates any rule.
-Points will be awarded during class a student answers a question correctly.

School Mascot: Lion

School Colors: Maroon and Gold

Vanderbilt's School Anthem:

Home of our glorious fathers, nay a cowardly spirit
The lions shall fight on, all through thick and thin
With honor and prestige, we make our way to the top

[CHORUS]
Vanderbilt! Home of our glorious fore-fathers, generations to come!
Vanderbilt! We shall unite as one!
Vanderbilt! Ever marching onward!
Vanderbilt! Hear the mighty roar!

Diamonds, Spades, Aces, and Hearts
Find where you belong!
Become well known for great deeds

[CHORUS]
