What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I found this book a while back on here. (*edit* I think the title has "obssesed with you" or something like that in it... *edit*) I've been trying to find it on some of the lists, but I can't seem to find it. If anyone finds it, that would be great!

In the book, there are two brothers who run this "buisness" where they take requests from clients to rape, murder, etc. One of the brothers does the dirty work while the other photographs it. For one of their jobs, the younger, photographer, brother feels a connection to the girl that they have to rape and begs his brother not to do it. The brother does it anyways and the younger one gets mad. The girl moves and the younger brother quits and moves in next door to the girl. They end up falling in love and everything is great until the older brother starts leaving notes and signs for the younger brother. Also, when the girl is raped, her cat is killed so later, when the older brother comes back, he tries to kill her new cat to scare her.

In the end the girl finds out that the younger brother was taking creepy pictures of her and other people and confronts him. He kind of goes crazy. It turns out that the older brother acually died many years ago in a fire - I think- and the younger brother actually just has a personality disorder. When he finds out that HE was actually the one who raped her he's devastated and kills himself. Also, the girl and the younger brother find out that it was actually the girls bff who payed for her to get raped.

What part is the romance?
