Since they are all variations of the same quote, do you want to keep one and have it properly edited?
Is it possible to remove them completely? All three of them. That would be a great help.

I have scheduled those for deletion. Note that unless you have a published book and are quoting a portion of the book, you do not meet notability standards for having a quote on Goodreads.
