W | 34 comments Watched the Dirty Harry series again, after several years.Eastwood plays wisecracking Inspector Callaghan, almost always at odds with his superiors and with a new partner each time.
The best one in the series for me is The Enforcer. The Dead Pool and Magnum Force are not bad either.

Raymond Cushing | 31 comments I've watched most of what Clint acted in or directed. I like his movies. One I didn't see was Million Dollar Baby. I read the story in F.X. Toole's great book Rope Burns: Stories from the Corner. The story upset me enough, I didn't need more pain.

My current favourite of his movies is Trouble with the Curve.

W | 34 comments Also liked,In the Line of Fire.Eastwood plays a Secret Service agent, who has had things go wrong on his watch earlier and is haunted by the thought of that happening again.

W | 34 comments As director,he has explored new ground and I like many of these movies more than the ones he acted in.

Doubledf99.99 I started watching Eastwood as a young lad in the late 50's and sixties, and since then I've probably seen all his movies as they came out, and repeated viewings on TV and DVD. In all those years I haven't seen one I disliked yet.
