please notice that in the beginning, the rules will not be unforced harshly until there are more members present and active. after that, then the rules will be enforced harshly. Please remember even the MODS break the rules some times too.

⒉ BE ACTIVE! I cannot stress how annoying it is when people join groups but are never active. If you need to leave at some point let a MOD know so we don't bombard you with PMs asking where you are, or delete you.
⒊ Powerplay and godmodding are prohibited in the group. There will be no tolerance for it and if found guilty a moderator will punish you as seen fit. In case you don't know, powerplay is when you take another person's character and have them do whatever you wish for them to do.
Ex: Ryan threw the dagger at Marco. The dagger left a mark on Marco's cheek and soon a wound opened up and began bleeding.
No. The other person may decide that their character (Marco in this case) avoids the dagger. You can say that your character threw the dagger towards another, but you aren't allowed to make the dagger physically touch the person.
⒋ No mary-sues please. This is an advanced group. Which means that everyone here is capable of posting a character that has tons of weakness and strengths. Besides which having a character that has weakness is more fun to roleplay with. Its quite enjoyable to exploit your own characters weakness. And it makes them more realistic. Furthermore we want original characters. And I don't mean, the characters where you did create them just for a different group then edited them to fit this one. I'm fine with that. But I'm not fine with when people take a certain actor in a show and make the exact copy of it. Or if they take Hermione Granger and make her in this group. No, you can take face claims, you can have your charrie like the book/show that you are taking it from but don't make it exactly like that. Make your own original character please.
⒌ It's allowed but keep it to the minimum. There is no cursing between members of course as it breaks rule number one about respect. However between characters is completely acceptable. Remember to not offend anyone, with cursing as the group is not meant for that.
⒍ Well its safe to say that everyone here is most likely mature and able to handle a lot of things. But since Goodreads added a new rule of no sex - do not write the posts here. You can take it to PM if you wish or completely skip it. No one needs to see your sex scene as romantic as it may be. After your scene you can always have your character say that they enjoyed it but do not have your character go into the depths of what they felt like when the other character did something to them. No. Honestly there could be children here and lets not scar them - yet.
⒎ In chat talking, its fine to use 'lol' or 'brb' but in roleplay that is unacceptable. Do not post things such as:
Becky loled @ the statement Bob said. "U r soooo funny" she said :)
Let me say this once more: This. Is. An. Advanced Roleplay Which means we expect at least a paragraph with good grammar. The example is the kind of garbage doesn't role with me or any of the other mods. And don't use the excuse "I'm on the phone" because really that is no excuse. If you're on the phone, wait until you get on a laptop or somewhere where you can type properly. Or hey, even better yet learn to deal with it. I have a phone too, and its crappy as hell. But I can still type a proper sentence with it, and so can you. Also, make sure that your grammar is correct. Use spell-check or Microsoft word or whatever you have to use. If there is this read squiggly line underneath it, that means its wrong and you need to fix it. Simple as that. It helps yourself, and the rest of the group.
⒏ Lets say that you want to roleplay with some one and the topic that you two want to go on is taken. But you really want to go there. Well then it sucks to be you doesn't it? No it doesn't. You can simply change the topic to a different place that your two characters can go to. Or if by accident you end up in a topic where there already is a roleplay going on simply have your charrie make up an excuse to get out.
Ex: Bob suddenly realized what the time was. 5:43! He promised his mom that he'd be home by 6:00!! Bob turned around kissed Becky on the cheek and ran out of the forest.
(Yeah that example wasn't as good but you guys will be able to come up with something)
Its not that hard, and it's better for your character to explore different places. Also remember - in roleplay refrain from posting one or two liners. This is advanced so post at least a paragraph or more.
