I’d say that works. I switched them on the spreadsheet so now looks like only two left...

Woohoo!

Set in the '90s
MC wear's glasses/contacts - Jenny (Harry Potter #2)
ETA: Silly me - I'm currently listening to Harry Potter #2 and he wears glasses. I'll take that one.

Awesome. I'm also pretty sure it takes place in the 90's so we might switch it to that one depending on what we can cover. :)

Weird. Glad it was fixed. :)

I might also review the other book I read but I have literally read it 7-8 times in the past three years and it's hard to make a new review each time...

I think I remember that after we finish all the boards (which I think we have done) we can then 'pick' which board we want next? Let me read the rules again.

So basically I was right. 🤔

I'm literally so excited! It's hard to tell since some of the used banked books are still in the SS waiting to be posted but I think we have enough for at least one more round? Maybe a board if we are very lucky.

You are all so close to finished round one of your board! Here are the tasks you have left:
Miracle on 34th Street: MC gets arrested OR 'Miracle' in text
Hannah and Her Sisters: MC has 2 siblings OR Features someone with emotional baggage
A Christmas Story: Features a gun OR MC wear's glasses/contacts
**friendly reminder: when posting books for a task that is for a word in text, please add percentage or page location AND the quote that includes the word for the specific task. If you don't, the book will automatically go to hold.

Just need the location, doesn't matter if it's 70%, Loc 568, or Page 120.

***BONUS POINT UPDATE***
This is a one day only bonus point opportunity. It will not be team based but individual (woohoo). Since it is my birthday tomorrow, I will be giving the following bonus points:
These bonus points will ONLY be available on 12/23. You can use your time zone or mine (EST) - just please let me know what time it is in your area when posting the book on your review thread.
It doesn't have to be a book that you started and finished on that day. It can be for any book that you have started/finished since the beginning of this challenge. However, it must be a book that you haven't used for any of the categories/tasks yet.
That being said, it doesn't mean that a book can't count for both a task AND bonus points. It totally can. I just need to see a book that hasn't been used within the challenge yet for that specific participant.
You can even post a book for just these bonus points - but only on the 23rd! After that, you can continue on reading for the categories/tasks until the challenge is over.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask!

I think I am confused...okay, I know I am! I thought I had some books posted that are now banked or have been posted in the reviews. Some now show that they've been placed (I think) in different places but they have not been posted. I don't know if I am screwing up or if you or someone has changed them. But I am not sure about what truly needs to be done with my own books that are banked or on the SS.

Thanks Vicki!
I don't really see your teams SS unless it's to update it on giving you all a new board. As for what books are used or not on my side, I just go by what has been posted. Would you like to me to look and let you know what hasn't been used?

Okay, so here are the books that haven't been used:
These are on the banked tab -
LoveMurder
Eyes Turned Skyward
A Potion to Die For
The September Sisters
The 19th Christmas
These are on Board 6 -
Poison Study
The board also has Eyes Turned Skyward & A Potion to Die For so I can see how you can be confused.

Lol thanks! It was weird celebrating it this weekend since it's on a Monday. It will be the weirdest thing ever to even work on it - never had school or work on my birthday before.
