This printing of the book (ISBN: 0006157629) actually has 221 pages. Could it please be corrected?

Also, Worldcat gives a publication date of 2007. Is this correct?

Also, what is the correct publisher? Someone has been making changes to this edition.

Those two pages are an advert for another book and an order form, so I didn't really count them.

The publication date in the book is 1993.

I reverted the incorrect changes and changed the page count to 221.
