A beard-related dare and one hot-as-hell kiss changes everything.

NFL center Ethan Dexter’s focus has always been on playing football and little else. Except when it comes to one particular woman. The lovely Fiona Mackenzie might not care about his fame, but she’s also never looked at him as anything more than one of her brother-in-law’s best friend. That ends now.

Fi doesn’t know what to make of Dex. The bearded, tattooed, mountain of man-muscle looks more like a biker than a football player. Rumor has it he’s a virgin, but she finds that hard to believe. Because from the moment he decides to turn his quiet intensity on her she’s left weak at the knees and aching to see his famous control fully unleashed.

Dex is looking for a forever girl, but they live vastly different lives in separate cities. Fi ought to guard her heart and walk away. But Dex has upped his game and is using all his considerable charm to convince Fi he's her forever man.

Finally started this today. Only made it a chapter in so far but I love that Fiona is the outgoing more scandalous one and Dex is the muscled tattooed NFL playing virgin.

I will start this tomorrow :)

i'm glad he didn't make a big deal about the kiss between Fi and jaden.
he told her why he waited this long to have sex, i feel sad for him and those girls, it's good he stopped it from happening.

(view spoiler)[ OK damn I am really loving Dex. Honestly he's adorable and honestly I admire his determination to not have a repeat of his Mexico mishap. That really does sound tragic and unfortunate but honestly it's better nothing worked out because he would have only had more regrets about giving it up to two strangers. When he took over baby duties my heart clenched. Damn hot muscled tattooed men holding babies.... I am so glad he's so open and going after Fi. He may not be experienced but he's ready to be with the one girl he's always wanted. I just want to smack her a little for not giving in, I mean this man won't let a little thing like distance stand in his way. (hide spoiler)]

Agreed his past experience was already bad, I'm glad he didn't follow through because this big softie would have major regret, more than he does now. It is a pretty graphic experience, I feel bad for him :(

It’s clear she either needs to open up her own design place, create tables and whatever else she wants to make furniture wise as long as she leaves that job. I mean technically if she quits she can go live in New Orleans, I mean it’s not NYC but it’s its own type of city. I’m getting nervous though, now that he’s showing concerns as well on not having time for her because of football etc, I’m really hoping nothing happens where he can’t do it anymore like him getting injured or something.... When she showed up with a bag of cherries for him for “popping his cherry” she had me but then she went and got her sly revenge with the fish oil and leaving that sketch with her nemesis. Literally love her lol. Glad he didn’t get hurt and she did right by her, leaving that job and moving. But damn this shit with the phone is just seriously f@#$$d up. It so sad what people will do for money and selling pictures like this is beyond wrong. But then again I’m also like how flipping dumb is he not having a password on his phone. Do phones even allow that anymore smh (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Well that was cute. I’m glad Fiona didn’t run away again, it’s amazing she was able to crawl her way out of that depression. I can’t imagine what that would be like to have the world speaking to me and treating me like that, everywhere I went. I will say his anger at her was a bit dramatic, I mean he immediately thought the worst of her I was kind of disappointed. And then his rage outburst, ummmm I get it kinda, but he plays football, beating ppl up is his job, how could he need to expel that much more anger, beating on walls and worst of all tearing down the bookcase. I mean a bookcase?!?!?!?! It was a bit much I’ll say but whatever , they’re happy, I’m happy 🤷🏼‍♀️
Side note I didn’t realize this was actually a thing that happened years back with Tebow. Honestly that’s the only thing I ever knew about the guy but my goodness it’s crazy the things celebrities have to deal with. (hide spoiler)]

i like Fi a lot too, glad she left that job and put the fish oil under their desk, it's a little satisfying. i liked her conversation with her dad and told him how much his comments hurt her.
he's such an idiot for not putting a fucking passwrod, especially with those kind of pictures there. i feel so bad for Fi , this is horrible.

(view spoiler)[ his outrage was over the top, i would've been so scared of him. she didn't think for a moment that he leaked the photos or get angry at him but he get this angry at her for taking the money and after she explained to him why she did it. and he just finished a game and hitting a guy why that much rage. i don't know who Tebow is but it's sad what celebrities go through.
