The Selection discussion

I chose this book because my friend recommended it to me and I've heard good things about it before. I thought that this book was really good, and I enjoyed it a lot. In The Selection, America leaves her home and the boy she's in love with, Aspen, to compete against other girls to be Prince Maxon's wife and the princess of Illea, but she doesn't want to. Her plan is to leave the competition early, but that doesn't work out. She catches feelings for Maxon, and he likes her too. She needs to make a choice between the two, but what makes it harder is that Aspen has come to the palace too. I would recommend this book to someone who likes exciting romance novels.
